Sunrise Principal Profile

Lee migrated to Australia in 1984 with his wife having taught in Christian schools in the U.S. for 5 years. Since starting with Sunrise in 1984, he has taught children from Reception to year 12, specialising in upper primary/lower secondary. In 1997 he completed a Masters Degree in Education at Flinders University with a special focus in reading curriculums and educational psychology.

He was the campus principal of the Fullarton Campus for 12 years before moving to the Marion Campus in 2002. He gets excited about helping Christian parents teach their children how to correctly interpret the world from God’s point of view.

In January 2010 there were some developments amongst the Leadership team and overall structure.  Lee was appointed Principal of Sunrise Christian School.  Currently Lee is based at the Marion Campus and operates in a dual role of Campus Principal for Marion and Principal for Sunrise.  Lee has developed a team around him to support him in these roles.
